Mrs. Carra Ashley of Pleasant Grove Nursing Home died at 4:45 a.m. Friday at McCuistion Regional Medical Center. Levrett and Steele Funeral Home will transfer the body to the People's Coop Funeral Home in Lone Wolf, Okla. Mrs. Ashley was born March 15, 1887, in Blossom. She was married to William Marvin Ashley who preceded her in death. She was a member of the Christian Church. Survivors include four sons,, Henry of Milpedas, Calif., Jack of Vernon, Ralph of Newton and John Ashley of Lone Wolf.; three daughters, Mrs. Sue Hulen of Paris, Mrs. Pete (Huthie) Landers of Gainsville and Mrs. Warren (Jewell) Newberry of Waco; two brothers, Tom Ray of Blossom and Henry Ray of Paris; two sisters, Mrs. Emma Carnahan of Tigertown and Mrs. Edith Martin of Shawnee, Okla.; 24 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren.
