He married 1st, Elizabeth --, 2nd, Maria Christopher ca. 1693 on Staten Island. She was the daughter of Hans Christoffers and Tryntje Barents. She was born ca. 1675 and died in 1711 about the age of 36. His third wife was Althea Garritson.
In 1731, Peter inherited land from his father in the middle of Staten Island, 40 acres of which his father had inherited from his father. (Deed Book B, p. 604) The farm was at Kale's Neck, today the Springfield area.
He wrote his will in 1742/3, naming "my sons Johannes, Aaron, Peter, and Cornelius." Neither Cornelius nor his heirs received a bequest in the will, and near the end of the will, Peter Prall states, "my children to witt: Johannes, Aaron, Peter, Abraham, Isaac, Mary, Catherine, and Ann."
