Wants to Change Name
A former resident of DuBois, Neb.
Joseph Goldstein, has appealed to the district court to change his name and that of his wife and children to Albin. The petitioner states that Mr. and Mrs. Charles Albin formerly of DuBois are the only parents he has ever known. He was left an orphan at an early age and place in a home. At the age of six, he was sent to Nebraska and lived with his foster parents until he was seventeen but was never legally adopted. Mr. and Mrs. Albin now live near Dawson, Nebraska. He is a graduate of the Pawnee Academy and Peru State Normal and studied law at the University of Nebraska. He is one of the organizers and secretary of the Liberty Insurance Company and lives in Lincoln.- From the Pawnee Chief
