Charlie Wagster, 61, passed away Wednesday, July 28, 1943, at his home in Cooter, Mo.

Mr. Wagster was born in Nebo, Gibson County, Tenn., April 6, 1882. He was a prominent and well known farmer, having lived in this community for the past 35 years.

Mr. Wagster was a member of the Baptist Church.

He had been suffering from chronic rheumatic valvular heart disease for some time.

Funeral services will be held Friday, July 30, 1943, at 2:30 p.m. at the Baptist church in Cooter, Mo.. with Rev. Fred Walker officiating.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Annie Wagster, two sons, Roy and Charles, both of Cooter, three daughters, Mrs. Lorene Douglas, Flint, Mich., Mrs. Mary Francis Azbill, Wardell, Mo., and Mrs. Allene Burns, Cooter; three brothers, S.L., O.C. and Luther Wagster; four sisters, Mrs. Linnie Akins of Dyer, Tenn., Mrs. Azzlee Neil, Cooter, Mrs. Gracie Denton, Chaffee, Mo. and Mrs. Madge Notgrass, Roellen, Tenn.; one step-sister, Mrs. Maggie Pritchard of Roellen, Tenn. and five grandchildren.

Interment will be in the Mount Zion Cemetery with German Undertaking Co. in charge of arrangements.
