Lawrence M. Judd, Jr., of Honolulu, son of the former governor of Hawaii, Lawrence McCully Judd, died Tuesday in Honolulu.

Judd, 72, an amateur photographer and inventor, was born in Honolulu.

He is survived by wife, Ruth; a son, sister, Sophie Cluff; and two grandchildren.
