PORTSMOUTH - Milton J. Becker, 52, of [] Sycamore Road, the husband of Mrs. Ruth G. Becker and a partner in Becker-Lascara, Inc., of Portsmouth, died Wednesday in a local hospital.

Becker, a native of Norfolk, lived in Portsmouth for most of his life. He was the son of Mrs. Zelda Goldman Becker.

He was a member of Gomley Chesed Congregation and former member of its board of directors. He was a past president of the Gomley Chesed Men's Club; a past chairman of the Israeli bond drive of Portsmouth; and member of Churchland Masonic Lodge 276, Scottish Rite Bodies of Portsmouth, and Khedive Shrine Temple, Norfolk.

Other survivors include two duaghters(sic), Mrs. Ellyn S. Elfersy of Virginia Beach and Mrs. Arlene R. Sidman of Rockville, Md.; a son, Alexander Becker of Portsmouth; a sister, Mrs. Irene Ullman of Norfolk; and two grandchildren.

A funeral will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in Gomley Chesed Synagogue by Rabbi Judah L. Fish. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Norfolk, with Brennan-Morlino Funeral Home in charge. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
