A member of Olivet Baptist Church, Mr. Larson, 92 of Paducah died Friday at Calvert City Convalescent Center. Funeral services were Jan. 12 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with the Rev. Tommy Tucker officiating. Mr. Larson was a decorated U.S. Army veteran of WWII and fought in several major battles in Europe. He had been a suvervisor for Crawford Construction and was a member of the Carpenter's Local Union No.357. Survivors include a son, Dewey Larson of Reidland, three grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Caffey Larson, four sisters and two brothers. Parents: Lewis Isaac and Hattie Eckland Larson.
