HURDLE MILLS -- Ella Horner Weaver, 86, of 2420 Breeze Road, died Monday at home. She was born in Orange County. A daughter of Tom and Hilda Hundley Horner. She was the widow of Fred L. Weaver.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday at Five Forks Baptist Church which she was a member, by the Rev. Charles Churchill. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Surviving are one son Curley Weaver, of Haw River; two daughters, Verna Phillips, of Oxford; Lottie Paschall, of Durham; 7 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 7 to 8:30 p.m. tonight at Brooks & White in Roxboro.
