Wife of AJ Chappell

AN OLD RESIDENT GONE
Mrs. J. A. Chappel. wife of J. A. Chappel, an old and highly respected citizen living west of town, died last Saturday morning at 5 o'clock after an illness of several weeks with complication of diseases. All that medical science could do was done for her, but death was all that could relieve her suffering.

Mrs. Chappel leaves a loving husband, two daughters, and four sons to mourn her untimely death.

Mrs. Chappel was a kind and loving wife and mother and an obliging neighbor with a hand to help in time of need and was loved by every one that knew and her death will be mourned by the whole community.

The remains were followed by a large concourse of relatives and friends to the Baptist church at El Reno where the funeral services were conducted by the minister of that church and from the church to the El Reno cemetery where the body was tenderly laid away to await the resurrection morn.
