Could you please change his death date and make a note in his Bio that the marker death date does not agree with the document filed in Buncombe County, NC on 4 January 1847 where John M. Merrell, Lambert C. Clayton, and Leander Patton made bond for said John M. Merrell, who was then granted letters of administration on the estate of Jacob Merrell, deceased?
