Capt. Frederick Windell Dixon, 54, passed away January 19, 2009.
Capt. Dixon was preceded in death by his parents, Travis and Margaret Dixon.
He is survived by his daughter, Keshia Spenser; three sisters, Vanessa Sims, Gail Dixon, and Terry (William) McCray; three brothers, Guy (Artonja) Dixon, Charles (Fredia) Dixon, and Stacey (JoAnn) Jones; two special aunts, Mary Sinkfield and Annie Jones-Williams; three uncles, William Jones of Houston, TX, Lonnie (Brenda) Dixon of NY, and Willie Dixon of Pensacola, FL.
Funeral services will be held Monday, January 26, 2009 at 11 a.m., at Joe Morris & Son Funeral Home with Minister Calvin Robins officiating. Burial will be in Barrancas National Cemetery.
