Twin of Osmer Frederick Beecher, 8th & 9th children of Ransom Asa Beecher & Sylvia Desire Wheeler (married 22 November 1838). Father born 10 Dec 1813, West Haven, West Haven, Conn. Mother born 17 April 1821 Portage Co. Ohio.
Immigrated from Nauvoo, Hancock, Ill. with LDS converts. Two of three infants died at Nauvoo before 1845. Twin girls were born in Iowa as the family fled from mobs on the frozen Mississippi River, probably at Sugar Creek Camp, 1848. Two more children were born in Ohio & Wisconsin.
About 1853, the family moved to the Salt Lake Valley where this 2nd set of twins, Osmer Frederick & Osman Frank were born. A daughter was also born at Salt Lake City before they moved to Willard, Box Elder, Utah in 1859.
In 1864, their 3rd set of twins (boys) were born, one before midnight and the other the next morning, so birthdays are 14th & 15th of October! Three months later, Osmer Frank died, 4 months before his 10th birthday.
In 1872, the family moved to Elba, Cassia, Idaho, both father & mother dying there but returned to Willard for burial in the Beecher Family Lot at Willard Precinct Cemetery (previously called Willard Cemetery & Willard City Cemetery).
