[Roll of Honor indicates he was wounded at Richmond, Virginia, on an unspecified date.] Reported absent without leave on September 15, 1863. Returned to duty in January-February 1864. Reported absent on light duty during March-August 1864. Transferred to the Invalid Corps on December 21, 1864. The Confederacy established an Invalid Corps in 1864, in which men disabled in the line of duty served.
