Olla Christine Lester was born December 26, 1903 in Shamrock, Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana, a daughter of Thomas Jefferson Lester and Marguerite Ella Clark. She married in the Mesa Arizona LDS Temple to Norman William Weidenheimer on the 21st of June 1940. They came to Utah in November of 1968.

Mrs. Weidenheimer graduated from grade school in May of 1922 and went on to complete one quarter of college work at the Louisiana State Normal College. She took the State Teachers Examination and earned the First Grade Certificate. From 1922_23 she taught 6th, 7th, and 8th grades as principal of the school. She also taught in a five teacher school 1923_24. She worked 15 years in California as a payroll clerk, cost clerk and timekeeper. She attended business college in 1930.

A quiet and sweet woman with an enormous heart. She and Norman raised four wonderful children: Waunita, Lew, Joyce, and Rose Sharon
