Albert Jesse Lynn was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, February 28, 1851 and died at
his home in Brunswick, MO., December 18, 1931, aged 80 years, 9 months, and 20
days. He was the son of A. M. and Mary Lynn, and spent the early part of his
life in Pike County, coming to Brunswick in 1868 where he and his father engaged
in the business of brick-making. He was the eldest son of a family of nine
children, four of whom survive him. They are Mrs. W. A. Medlin, Brunswick; John
W. Lynn, Hope, North Dakota; David B. Lynn, Marceline, Mo.; and Mrs. Jennie R.
Smith, Moscow, Idaho.
On March 14, 1876, he was married to Annie Suess, who survives him after more
than 55 years of married life. She is now an invalid at the home of her
daughter, Mrs. Ross Myers, and was unable to be present at the funeral services.
Mr. Lynn was the father of six children, four of whom survive him; namely, W. A.
Lynn, of the home; George A. and J. O. Lynn, Kansas City, MO.; and Mrs. Ross
Myers, Brunswick.
Funeral services were conducted at the home at 2:00 o'clock Saturday afternoon
by Rev. Morris L. Bailey, pastor of the Christian Church, and burial in the
Elliott Grove Cemetery.

Out of town relatives who attended the funeral services were George A. and J. O.
Lynn, and Mrs. William S. McClenahan, Kansas City; Mr. and Mrs. David B. Lynn;
Mrs. Charles Lynn; Mr. Henry Snyder and two sons, Clyde and Opal Snyder,
Marceline; Mr. and Mrs. Everett Mossbarger, Mendon; Mr. and Mrs. James Hanovan,
Bosworth; George A. Hanna, Moberly; and Virgil Bachtel, Salisbury.
