Mr. Bader owned Baders Market at the corner of 4th and St Elizabeth streets. During the 1937 flood he caught pheneumonia and became a victim of the flood. He was survived by his wife, Leona, who also ran the store, his brothers: Louis, John, Fred, Lawrence, William, George & Henry Bader; his sisters: Katie Vrebaas, Augusta Fergerson, Emma Vowells, Mrs. James Dorn, Rose Morgan, Ella & Mary Lee Bader.
