ADAMS, Mrs. Davene, 61, a resident of Millbrook, AL., passed away Saturday, December 1, 2001. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 3, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Brookside Funeral Home with Rev. Dan Morris officiating. Interment will follow in Brookside Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Adams is survived by her husband, Bob C. Adams, Millbrook, AL; mother-in-law, Genesis Adams, Montgomery, AL., two sons and daughter-in-law: L. D. (Bubba) Adams and Scott G. & Donna Adams all of Millbrook, AL., two daughters and sons-in-laws: Angela and Scott Henderson, Lynne and Bryan Williams all of Anniston, AL., one brother, John Andrew Curlee, Newport News, VA., two sisters, Claire Weaver, Wallsboro, AL., and Jane Morris, Las Vegas, NV., four grandsons, four grand-daughters, six brothers-in-law, four sisters-in-law and a host of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Adams was of the Baptist Faith, a member of the Busy Bee Quilting Club of Wetumpka and the Robinson Springs Piecemaker Quilting Club. The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 2, 2001 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Brookside Funeral Home. Brookside Funeral Home of Millbrook, AL. directing.
