Charles T. Payne, 78 died last night at the home of his daughter Mrs. Lillian [actually Stella] Lowmiller, 4110 Booth Avenue, Kansas City, Kansas. He is survived by another daughter Miss Lillian Payne, Rantoul, Kas. and two sons, Rolla Payne, Augusta, Kas., and Bourke Payne, 4133 Booth Avenue.
