The Artesia (NM) Daily Press - March 3, 2000 HARRIS Graveside services are today at South Park Cemetery for Eula Harris of Hagerman, NM. Harris, 91, died March 1 at a local nursing home. She was born in Van Zant County, TX, to Elijah Ardis Allen and Nora Frances (Geddy) Allen on March 14, 1908. She married David Ernest Harris on March 7, 1925. He preceded her in death as well as both parents, a sister, four brothers, a son-in-law, two grand- children and a great-granddaughter. She was a member of the West Country Club Church of Christ. Survivors include son David Allen Harris, wife Bonnie, of Hagerman; daughters Frances Carpenter and Ernestine Harrison, husband A.J., all of Roswell, NM; seven grand- children; 18 great-grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sister Era Harris of Alex, Okla.; and brothers Ethan Allen of Rising Star, TX, and Bill Allen of Carlsbad, NM.
