Henry Keck (S/O Anna Ousley/Owsley & John D. Keck Sr.) Married to Elizabeth Edwards on the 19th of May 1839, Claiborne County, Tennessee. They were married at the home of Spencer Edwards (Elizabeth's father) by William Williams.

Elizabeth & Henry moved to Kentucky sometime in the mid 1800s. In November of 1861 Henry enlisted, along with his two sons Alfred & Madison, in Company F, 8th Regiment Kentucky Infantry Volunteers. This was a Union outfit. Shortly after joining, he contracted what was called "Soldier's Flu" and died at the Lebanon Military Hospital in Lebanon, Kentucky on 16 Feb 1862.

The grave of Henry Keck is located in Section 5, number 789. His tombstone is misspelled "KEEK". Army records show though that he is indeed the one buried in this grave.
