Anna Lee Dumayne, sister, aunt and friend passed away Dec. 15, 2001.

Lee was a straight shooter and told it like it was. She was born March 6, 1923 in Salt Lake City to Thomas Dumayne and Myrtle Edwards Dumayne.

She attended East High School and was Secretary of her Senior Class. She attended the University of Utah. She worked many years at Auerbachs and later at Salt Lake Hardware and retired from Airport Authority.

She was active in many sports. She played softball for Utah Shamrocks also basketball, she bowled in the Major League and was secretary. She enjoyed many outdoor sports, skiing, golfing, and fishing. She excelled in all she did.

She had a good voice and sang in Accapella in high school, and also Sweet Adaline. She supported the arts, ballets, and symphony. Attended 3rd Church of Christ Scientist in Salt Lake City.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, sister, and many friends. Survived by nephew, Sharp Burton (Janice) also Steve and family Scott and Shauna.

Interment at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
