BLAIR, Harry Allen age 56, of Middletown, Ohio passed away Wednesday, January 7, 2009 at his residence. He was born December 19, 1952 in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky and lived in Ohio most of his life. He graduated from Madison High School and served in the Ohio National Guard. He was employed for 34 years as a Plumber and Pipe Fitter at Harm and Ring in Middletown and Progressive Plumbing in Hamilton. He was a member of Local 392 Plumbers and Pipe Fitters and the Healing Word Assembly of God Church. Preceding him in death were his parents, Eddie and Edith (Fry) Blair; 2 brothers, James W. and Benny Blair; and a sister, Dorothy L. Sauers. Harry is survived by two sons, William E. Blair of Middletown and Benjamin L. Blair of Farmersville, Ohio; one daughter Samantha J. Blair of Farmersville, Ohio; his grandchildren; brother, Robert E. Blair, wife Geneva of West Alexandria, Ohio; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Saturday, January 10, 2009 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown. Funeral services will be Sunday, January 11, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Reverend Lonnie Gabbard officiating. Graveside services will be Monday, January 12, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the Allen Craft Cemetery, Wellington, Morgan County, Kentucky. Arrangements by Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown.
