Born Sept.10th, 1929 in Yost Utah. A son of William Hyrum Rice and Ida Lilly Tracy. Spent his early years in Almo, Idaho. Graduated from Albion High School in 1948. August 1948 to December 1950 spent in the US Air Force Base. Retired in 1992. In 1961 married Suzanne Pont. Later Divorced. 1983 he married Audrey Jackson. He is survived by wife Audrey-Sandy Utah, children Alan & Pam Rice- S. Ogden, Diane & James Lowe- California, David Rice- S. Ogden Utah, Karan Rice- S. Ogden Utah, Kamie & Mark Chrisiansen- Battleground Washington, Kip & Kip Cashmore- Ogden Utah, Kris & Cordel Andersen- Draper UT. 17 grandghildren.
Services will be held Tuesday November 18th, 2008 at Highlands Ward, LDS Church Building, located at 5855 S. Skyline Dr., Ogden, Utah under the direction of Myers Mortuary. Public viewing will be held from 10:30 - 11:30 AM. Funeral services at 12:00 PM.
