SUMNER, Ill. - James Otis Brookhart, 74, died Saturday at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, Ind.
He was a former auditor and circuit court clerk. He was a member of Pleasant Hill Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Jane Waggoner of Hockessin, Del.; two sons, John of Sumner and Lee Ross Brookhart of Vienna, Va.; a sister, Judith Petty of Cocoa, Fla.; two brothers, Samuel of Sumner and Charles of Baldwin, Mo.; and six grandchildren.
His wife, Hazel, died in 1987.
Services at Cunningham Funeral Home, with burial in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
