Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17, at Skyview Memorial Lawn. Funeral services were held the next day, Thursday, September 18, at 2nd Baptist Church with Pastor Arnold Carraway of Crossroads Christian Church officiating.
In recognition of his US Navy service in World War II, he was laid to rest at the new Sacramento Valley National Cemetery near Dixon, California.
