He was predeceased by brothers, Mount "Daddy O" Osborne, Junior Osborne and Revis Osborne; sisters, Gilva Blevins, Grace Lambert, Vela Alley, Mazel Newsome and Pairsie Mullens; and by son-in-law, Johnny Meade.
Olen attended Richmond Dale Church of God and worked as an Operating Engineer. He was a member of the International Union of Operation Engineers from 1964 to 1982. Olen was known to many as "Smooth Touch" for his many equipment operating skills. He enjoyed his blue grass music and his farm where he lived for 50 years. He was a strong and loving man who helped many.
Services were entrusted to Ware Funeral Home of Chillicothe, Ohio.
