Edna M. Barr, 80, of Robin Way, widow of Jasper W. "Jack" Barr, died at 3 a.m. today at her home.
Mrs. Barr retired in 1975 as a bookkeeper with Product Engineering. She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church and the Sewing Circle, Bible Study and Northeast Mission groups at the church.
Funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday by Myers Funeral Service at their Reed and Jewell Chapel, with the Rev. Eldon L. Brandt officiating. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to St. Peter's Lutheran Church.
Born April 28, 1908, in Mercer County, Ky., Mrs. Barr was the daughter of Lafayette and Ida Mae Reid Jennings. She was married to Jasper W. Barr on May 22, 1948, in Columbus. He died Nov. 26.
Surviving are a son, Robert F. Barr of Columbus; granddaughters, Jennifer and Radie Barr, both of Columbus; and a sister, Jeannette Lewis of Osage, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Roscoe Moore.
