Elizabeth Franciscus, wife of James Franciscus, died at her home in South Middleton township near the Dickinson athletic field about eleven o'clock last night aged 63 years.
She was a member of the United Brethren church and the Friendly Circle Class of the Sunday school
Mrs. Franciscus was a most estimable woman and a kind and loving wife and mother. She is survived by the following children:
Mrs. E. T. Burgett of near Carlisle, Charles of Carlisle, Ross of Carlisle
Also one sister, Mrs. Jacob Rowe of Mechaniscburg and Jeremiah Baker of New Kingston
The funeral will be held on Friday afternoon at three o'clock. Interment will be made in the Springville cemetery. Friends and relatives are invited to attend without further notice.
