Found by neighbors ill in her home at 1007 Hamilton street Saturday and removed to the hospital for care, Mrs. Dorethea Thiele, one of the early settlers of the county, died early today, failing to rally from the attack which had seized her while she was alone in her home. Mrs. Thiele made her home alone for years and was stricken early Saturday morning, neighbors who visited the home, finding the aged woman critically ill.

Mrs. Thiele who was 87 years of age, came to Manitowoc in 1847, from Buckenburg, Germany, her native home, being the first of her family, the Eberhardts to locate here. Mrs. Thiele is the last of her immediate family, her husband and children having preceded her in death some years ago. Four brothers, Henry, Ernst, August and William Eberhardt survive. The funeral will be held Sunday afternoon from the home of J.H.C. Buerstatee.

ORDER FOR PROOF OF WILL
STATE OF WISCONSIN-COUNTY COURT FOR MANITOWOC COUNTY-In Probate.
In the matter of the estate of Dorothea Thiele, deceased.
An instrument in writing, purporting to be the last will and testament of Dorothea Thiele of the city of Manitowoc, in said county, having been delivered into said court. And August Eberhardt, of said city, in said county, having presented to said court, has petition in writing duly verified, representing, among other things, that said Dorothea Thiele died testate, at the city of Manitowoc, in said county, on the 31st day of October, 1912, that said instrument is the last will of said deceased and that August Eberhardt is named therein as Executor, and praying that said instrument be proven and admitted to Probate and that letters testamentary be thereon issued to him.

It is ordered: That said petition and the matters therein be heard, and proofs of said last will and testament be taken at a special term of said county court to be held at the probate office in the city of Manitowoc, on Tuesday, the 10th day of December, 1912 at 10 o'clock A.M.

And it is further ordered: That notice of the time and place of said hearing be given by publication hereof for three successive weeks, once each week, previous to the time of said hearing, in the Manitowoc Daily Herald, a daily newspaper published at the city at Manitowoc, in said Manitowoc county.
