Funeral service for Erfie Base, 65, Tuttle, will be 1:30pm Friday in Sowers Memorial chapel of Sevier funeral home, Tuttle, with Rev L.D. Wilkes officiating. Mr Base was born 5/28/1912 at Anadarko and died Tuesday in Grady Memorial hospital. He and Beatrice Stidham were married 10/6/1934. They moved to Tuttle in 1950. He was employed by Dolese as a plant machinery maintenance worker for 24 years. He was a member of the New Testament Baptist church of Tuttle.
Survivors include his wife, Beatrice, 2 sons, Freddie Base & Danny Base, of Tuttle, 2 daughters, Mrs June Horn of Minco, & Mrs Yvonne Ollison of Tuttle, 3 sisters, Elsie Tarter of Oklahoma City, Ester Watkins & Susie Watkins, both of Anadarko, 3 brothers, Joe Base & Milford Base, both of Anadarko, & Ervin Base of Oklahoma City, and 9 grandchildren.
Interment will be in Fairview cemetery, Tuttle.
