My Grandmother was one of those women who could do it all. She grew up during the Depression and always worked. She lost two husbands and had five children. She worked at the Corning Glass Works for years while raising those five children by herself.

I was fortunate enough to learn the many crafts she taught me and for that I will always be eternally great full.

Grandma loved to watch Lawrence Welk on Saturdays and she especially loved Fannie Farmer candy. Almond Bark was her favorite.

On Saturdays she baked all day long so that her children had baked goods for the following week. Quite a gal!

There wasn't any craft that she couldn't do. She was an experienced seamstress and could knit rings around anyone.

As her Granddaughter I can honestly say I truly miss her.

Rest In Peace Grandma~you deserve the rest!

Your Granddaughter~
