Services fbr Richard T. Arthur, .48, Pert and formerly of Frankston, will be held at'l:30 p.m. Friday at the Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Frankston with Rev. Deborah Dean offi¬ciating.
Burial will be at the Muse Cemetery in Anderson County. Mr. Arthur died Tuesday in im Orange hospital.
He was born Feb. 25, 1941:l, in Corsicana.
He had lived in Pert for eight yearsl a member of Grace Family Bible Church of Frankston and was:a: lineman with Red Simpson
Contractors in Marshall.
Mr. Arthur served in the U.S. Marines during the Vietnam War. He was preceded in death by his father, Truman Arthur. Survivors include his wife, Sonja Arthur of Pert; sons, Brandon
Arthur of Canton, Daniel Ray Arthur 9f Tyler, B.J. Arthur of Canton and Richard Terry Arthur Jr. of Pert; daughters, Candi Jo Arthur of Canton, Shanna Powell of Jacksonville and Scarlett Lace Arthur of Pert; mother, Bonnie Arthur of Athens; brothers, Troy Taylor Arthur of Dallas, Michael Earl Arthur of Brushy Creek and Tommy Lynn Arthur of Sanderson; sisters, Joan Arthur of Dallas

and Pam Summerall of Athens; one grandchild and several nieces
and nephews.
Pallbearers are Frank KenoFetTy Terrell, Keith Paterson, Ernie Schlemmer, Lee Foster, Rufus McGuffy, Buster Hood and Jason Powell.
