Mr. Ryals was a native of Arkansas and was born the son of John W. Ryals and Anna Egger Ryals.
He was married to Pauline Runyon on June 1, 1951.
Mr. Ryals was a member of the Methodist Church.
He leaves his wife, Pauline and five children, Mrs. Patricia Ann Alshire of Mena, Ark., Samuel E. Ryals, Ricky D. Ryals and Hugh B. Ryals, all at home and John W. Ryals of Calhoun. There are 7 grandchildren. He also leaves three brothers, Fleming Ryals and W. F. Ryals both of Mena, Ark. and Edison Ryals, living in California.
A daughter, Mary Grace is deceased.
Funeral services for Victor Ryals, 60, of Parkersburg, who died Sunday night, will be held Thursday at 1:30 p.m. in the Memorial Chapel of the Summers-Marshall Funeral Home with Rev. Arthur Ritchey, presiding.
Interment will be in Green Hill cemetery, south of Noble.
Visitation at the funeral home will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m until 9 p.m. Wednesday.
