Ms. Dudek was born on June 12, 1959, in Glens Falls, New York, daughter of Oldrich Dudek and Rose DeBitetto Dudek. She was an active member of St. Kilian's Parish Catholic Church of Farmingdale, New York. Surviving are her mother of Mt. Pleasant, SC; three sisters, Aideen Staford and Isis Dudek of James Island; Sister Ann Marie Dudek of Greenville, SC; three brothers, Michael Dudek of Cross, SC; Frederick Dudek of Baxley, GA; and Joseph Dudek of Johns Island, SC.
