Virginia Cripps was born August 30, 1930 in McMillan, MI the daughter of Frederick and Sarah (Naganquaam) Cripps.
She was raised in the Thompson and Manistique area and moved to Escanaba in 1964. She was a member of the Escanaba Church of Christ and enjoyed making crafts and working in her flower gardens. She loved to play bingo and go to the casino.
