BARTON
Funeral services for Grady V. Barton, 73, of the Straughn Community, who died Tuesday morning, May 8th.
Mr. Barton is survived by his wife, the former Wilma Youngblood, of Troy, three brothers and two sisters.
Last rites were held from the Bethany Baptist Church with Rev. C.C. Bowman, Rev. Woodrow Plant and Rev. J.C. Hayes officiating. Music was by the Zion Hill Baptist Church with Miss Susan Bowman as accompanist. Burial was in the church cemetery with Foreman Funeral Home directing.
Pallbearers were Almer Jones, William Hicks,Paul Mathews, Bill Butler, Claude Bracewell and O.N. Turner.
