CHENEY - Graham, James N., 89, died Dec. 22, 2008 at his home in Cheney. Visitation with family greeting friends from 3-5 p.m. Thursday; service 11 a.m. Friday, both at Lanterman Funeral Home, with Pastor Patrick Buss of Cheney United Methodist Church officiating; burial with full military honors in Fairview Cemetery. Mr. Graham was born March 27, 1919 in Sparta, Ill., to the late Charles R. and Flora Mae (Franklin) Graham. On June 22, 1963, he married the late Gretta Lind in Chicago. He was a retired US Air Force Senior Master Sergeant, having served 29 years including WWII, Korea and the Vietnam Wars. After retirement he was an avid golfer. Survivors: son, William of Cheney; stepson, Ken Eglaston of Chicago. Preceded in death 3 brothers and sister, Ada Hilts of Cheney.
