Born at Carnkye, Wendron parish, Cornwall, daughter of James Clemmons & Mary (Jenkin) Johns. Married Wm. J. Valler at Wendron 26 May 1888 and to this union was born a daughter, Evelyn, in 1890. They went to Phillipsburg, Montana in 1892. Mr. Valler died soon after arrival there, from tetanus, the result of a mining mishap. She then married another Cornish miner, Charles Henry Murrish. To them was born a son, Everett C., and a daughter, Ethel. They moved from Montana to Utah and finally to Sierra Madre, where Susan died 3 July 1934.
