Fannie B (Rich) Eoff was the daughter of Basil or Bazil Rich and Amanda Dodson, the former a native of Alabama and the latter a native of Missouri. She was sister to Frederick Rich, Davis O Rich and James Basil Rich. The family lived in Franklin County, Missouri before moving to St Louis. Basil was a farm laborer.

Fannie married Henry Jasper Eoff, the son of William Henry Eoff and Ada V Steel, natives of Missouri, December 14, 1907 in St Louis, Missouri (div). Fannie and Henry were the parents of a son, Raymond Henry Eoff, who was raised in St Louis by his paternal grandparents. Fannie did not remarry and worked her adult life in the St Louis area.
