RANCHER RICHARD JENSEN DIES
Madera County cattle rancher Richard N. Jensen died Thursday at age 67.
A lifelong Madera-area resident, Mr. Jensen was active in civic affairs and had significant holdings in southern Madera County.
He was a member of the Madera Exchange Club, the Madera County Farm Bureau and the Madera County Cattlemen's Association. He also was a board member of the Webster School District.
He served in all offices of the Madera Elks Lodge and was the first member to serve twice as Exalted Ruler.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda; two sons, . . . ; and a daughter, . . . . He also is survived by a sister, Mildred Shelton of Fresno, two grandchildren, and five step-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 9 a.m. Monday at Jay Chapel, 1121 Roberts Ave., Madera. Entombment will be at Arbor Vitae Mausoleum, 1301 Roberts.
