"Cheryl Anne House 1956- 2002

Cheryl Anne House, a former Willcox resident died July 4, 2002 in Biloxi, Miss. at the age of 45. She was born in Chicago, Ill., on July 5, 1956 to Frank R. Owens, Sr. and Dona Allen Owens.

Ms. House was a teacher in the Head Start Program in Biloxi and when she resided in Willcox in 1996 and 1997 she worked for Catholic Community Services before becoming a teachers assistant at the Willcox Elementary School.

Survivors include her grandmother Frances Tucker of Louisiana, Mo.; sisters Pamela F. Owen of Mesa, Dona May White of Gulfport, Miss., Sylvia Allison of Tucson, Laureen Clavecilla of Wildomar, Calif., Sharon Yefsky of Aguanga, Calif., and Marilyn Miller of Anza, Calif.; her brother Larry House of Canyon Lake, Texas; along with her stepfather Carl Allen of Willcox.

Also surviving are her nephews Frank R. Owens III of "MASA" U.S. Navy, Justin Whitaker, Aaron Allison and David Allison all of Tucson, and her niece Rachael Landeros of Tucson. Preceding her in death were her parents, Frank R. Owens, Sr. and Dona Allen, a son Lawrence Ward House III, and two brothers Frank R. Owens, Jr., and Robert Wayne Owens.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, Oct. 19, beginning at 2 p.m. at the First Assembly of God Church in Willcox at the corner of Cochise and Stewart. Interment of her cremains will be in Sunset Cemetery.Services are under the direction of Westlawn Chapel, Mortuary & Crematorium of Willcox."
