Kimberly Ann Sims age 43, of Hamilton, died Saturday, December 13, 2008 at 11:40 p.m. in Fort Hamilton Hospital. She was born in Dayton, Ohio on October 28, 1965, the daughter of Clarence William and Norma Louise (Prewitt) Sims. She was a 1984 graduate of Fairfield High School and employed in the Actuarial Department at Ohio Casualty/Liberty Mutual Insurance since 1985. She was a member of Stahlheber Baptist Church and involved in church activities.
She is survived by her mother, Norma Louise Sims of Hamilton; two sisters, Wanda Louise Peavler and husband, Glenn of Harrodsburg, Kentucky and Debra Jean Sims of Hamilton; a niece Tammy White and husband, Mike of Harrodsburg; a nephew Darryl Peavler,II and wife Sherry of Burgin, Kentucky; two great nieces, Morgan White and Kelsie Peavler; a great nephew, Mikie White and other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Clarence Sims, August 30, 1999.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 17, 2008 at 10 a.m. at Stahlheber Baptist Church, 1800 Stahlheber Road with Pastor Harold Thompson officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be Tuesday evening, December 16, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
