Age 83. Tuesday, July 3, 1973 at his late residence, 825 Porter Ave. Survived by his wife, Mary (Kober); 1 son, Michael E. of Joliet; 3 daughters, (Marion) Mrs. Andrew Mudron of Joliet, (Helen) Mrs. Albert Fris and (Rita) Mrs. Jack Sanders, both of Lockport; 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 6 step-grandchildren; 2 sisters, (Mary) Mrs. John Kober, (Helen) Mrs. Lloyd Glenn, both of Joliet; 1 brother, Andrew of Joliet. Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Born in Pennsylvania. Moved to Joliet in 1911 from Braceville. Employed at E.J. & E. Railroad as a locomotive engineer for 46 years, retiring in December 1958. Preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Helen Onderisin; 2 brothers, John and George; 1 infant son, Everett. Member of the Holy Name Society, Brotherhood Locomotive Firemen and Engineers. Retired from the Firemen and Engineer Club. Remains are resting at the Tezak Funeral Home, 459 N. Ottawa St. at Chicago Street, from where services will be held Friday, July 6 at 9:30 to St. Bernard's Church at 10 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday 7-10; Thursday 2-5 and 7-10.
