She was born Jan. 3, 1965, in Peoria to Roy Willard Tripp and Charlene Chesley Crick-Humphrey.
Surviving are her father, Roy Willard (Denise) Tripp of Bellevue; mother, Charlene Chesley Crick-Humphrey of Peoria; her sons, Justin Tripp and Dale Tripp, both of Bartonville; fiance, William John Gaddy of Bellevue; sisters, Tracey (Mark) Tegg of Peoria, Daphne (Scott) Whitmer of Normal and Wesley Tripp of Peoria; brothers, Bill (Michelle) Tripp of Mississippi and Cabot Tripp of New York; stepbrother, Steve (Divina) Walker, stepsisters, Allison Walker and Hilary (Kelly) Lynn, all of Bartonville.
Brenda worked the last six years as a deli clerk for Kroger.
She was an avid Cardinals fan and loved adding to her collection of cow items.
Burial will be in St. John Lutheran Cemetery.
