Mary D. Cannon, 90, of Casa Grande, died Feb. 10, 2001 in Casa Grande.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to noon Thursday at the First Presbyterian Church of Casa Grande. The funeral there will follow at noon, with the Rev. Rick Lemberg officiating. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery.

Mrs. Cannon was born April 29, 1910 in Midland, Texas, to Edward Y. and Dovie I. (Stockton) Hooper. She moved to Arizona 85 years ago and in 1929 to Casa Grande. She married Clyde J. Cannon in 1933. She worked at Pioneer Market in Casa Grande and was a homemaker.

Survivors include three daughters, Judy Cook and Sarah Kortsen, both of Casa Grande, and Susie Hodges, of Oklahoma City; two sons, Butch Cannon, of Casa Grande and Don Cannon, of Arizona City; a sister, Virginia Robertson, of Casa Grande; 16 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband; a daughter, Marilyn Miers; a sister, Louise Pate; a brother, Ed Hooper; and a grandson, Jimmy Miers.

Memorial contributions may be made to First Presbyterian Church.
