Mrs. Mary (Armagost) Doverspike, wife of Frank Doverspike, died at her late home at Alta Vista, Kansas, on Sunday, September 13th, 1913, of stomach trouble aged 62 years.

Deceased was the oldest daughter of Thomas and Susan (Hepler) Armagost, and was born on the Armagost homestead at Squirrel Hill, now occupied by Theodore Krotzer. Mrs. Doverspike is survived by eight sisters and two brothers, namely, Mrs. Elizabeth Mohney and H. S. Armagost, of this city; Milton Armagost, of Rimersburg; Mrs. Elsie Mohney of Wilkinsburg; Mrs. Chrissie Fox and Mrs. Ada Woods of Curllsville; Mrs. Martha Laughlin of Manhattan, Kansas; Mrs. Agnes Reichard of DuBois; Mrs. Nettie Slaugenhaupt of Kennywick, Wash., and Mrs. Alice Krotzer of Squirrel Hill.

Deceased is also survived by her husband, seven daughters and one son.

Mr. and Mrs. Dovespike left this county about 35 years ago and since that time they have made their home in the west.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, September 17th, 1913, and the remains were laid to rest at Alta Vista.
