William Leroy Moore, 92, patriarch of a widely known family, died in a local hospital Wednesday.


Funeral services were held Friday from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert Mosley officiating. Burial was in Antioch Cemetery with Foreman's in charge of arrangements.


Surviving are three sons, J.W. Moore, Brooksville, Fla.; George Moore, Logansville, Ga; and Thomas (Pete) Moore, Rt. 2, Andalusia; three daughters, Mrs. Mary Lou Clark, Andalusia; Mrs. Laura Hart, Oak Park; Ga.; and Mrs. Ina Earl Kennedy, Brooksville, Fla.; 29 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren; a brother, Tox Moore, Williston, Fla.; and a sister, Mrs. Eula Barton, Mobile.


Pallbearers were Douglas Owens, J.C. and Gene Worley, Beda Odom, Foster Rodgers and Claude Stewart.


Music was by the Daughtry family
