Mrs. All was born Feb. 23, 1922, in Dorchester, a daughter of the late John Thomas Whetsell and Rosa Bell Greene Whetsell. She was a 1940 graduate of St. George High School and a member of Salem United Methodist Church. She was a former Teacher's Aide with Jenkins Hill Elementary School.
Survivors include her husband, Frankey Whitaker All Sr.; three sons, Frankey W. (Butch) All and his wife Sandra, William F. (Freddy) All and his wife Carol, all of Dorchester, Anthony Wayne All, and his wife Sandy of Summerville; one brother, F. Donnell Whetsell of Dorchester; three sisters, Isabell W. Thrower and Katherine W. (Kay) Smith, both of Dorchester, Dorothy W. Blewer, North Charleston; grandchildren, Keith All, Heath All, Hayley All and Tyler All, all of Summerville, Tamara All, Amanda Gallagher, William All, Ashley All, all of Dorchester; great-grandchildren, Austin All, Rebecca All, Jacob All, and Carleigh Gallagher, all of Dorchester.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 5, at Bryant Funeral Home of St. George.
