Mrs. Carolyn Whestell All, 80, Dorchester, died Saturday, Jan. 4, 2003 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 6, at Salem United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Randall Lawrence officiating. Burial will follow in the Dorchester Cemetery.
Mrs. All was born Feb. 23, 1922, in Dorchester, a daughter of the late John Thomas Whetsell and Rosa Bell Greene Whetsell. She was a 1940 graduate of St. George High School and a member of Salem United Methodist Church. She was a former Teacher's Aide with Jenkins Hill Elementary School.
Survivors include her husband, Frankey Whitaker All Sr.; three sons, Frankey W. (Butch) All and his wife Sandra, William F. (Freddy) All and his wife Carol, all of Dorchester, Anthony Wayne All, and his wife Sandy of Summerville; one brother, F. Donnell Whetsell of Dorchester; three sisters, Isabell W. Thrower and Katherine W. (Kay) Smith, both of Dorchester, Dorothy W. Blewer, North Charleston; grandchildren, Keith All, Heath All, Hayley All and Tyler All, all of Summerville, Tamara All, Amanda Gallagher, William All, Ashley All, all of Dorchester; great-grandchildren, Austin All, Rebecca All, Jacob All, and Carleigh Gallagher, all of Dorchester.
