Mrs. Harvey was born October 16, 1926 in Colleton County, the daughter of the late Archie Daniel and Susan Annice Marchant Crosby.
Mrs. Harvey was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and was a retired bookkeeper.
Surviving are a son, Clarence L. Willis, Jr. and wife Debbie of Charleston, SC; four daughters, Carolyn (Snooky) Willis Woodson and husband Dennis of Jacksonville, FL, Sandy Willis Hutson and husband James of Moncks Corner, SC, Susan Lynn Willis Morris of Hanahan, SC and Cynthia Willis Oglesby and husband Larry of Ladson, SC; a step-son, Daniel Harvey of North Charleston, SC; two brothers, Arland Crosby of Mississippi and Burley Crosby and wife, Lib of North Charleston, SC; two sisters, Eunice Smoak of Walterboro, SC and Doris Antonio and husband Tony of Jacksonville, FL; sixteen grandchildren, Tracy S.
