Boyd Stiffler of Altoona died at home of complication of diseases after a lengthy illness. Born in Newry, 5 April, 1865, son of Abraham* and Rachael** (Reffner) Stiffler, and resided for the past 25 years in Altoona.
He married July 3, 1853 in Hollidaysburg to Alva G. Jackson, who survives with the following brothers and sisters: Mrs Annie E Leighty, Mrs Martha Beegle, and Mrs Minnie Piper of Duncansville, Mrs Jennie Coy of Van Ormer, Lloyd A of Duncansville, Aden H of Gallitzin, and J C of Altoona.
Interred in Carson Valley Cemetery.
